Job Description as follows:

8+ Yrs of experience SAP CRM functional areas preferably in Services module implementations, enhancements, and rollouts across projects. Analyze business processes for service management, service orders, warranties, and complaints, and map them to SAP CRM. Configure and customize SAP CRM Service processes, including transactions, actions, and workflow. Integrate SAP CRM Services with ECC/S4, Middleware (PI/PO/CPI), and third-party systems. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional specifications. Support UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities, ensuring smooth service operations. Manage incident resolution and change requests in production environments. Provide solution guidance on best practices, performance optimization, and system enhancements. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge management and documentation. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SLAs, and service governance processes.
