Roles and responsibilities:

Leadership skills to lead large team towards meeting project goals Provide recommendations for improvement of the mapping process Oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and reviewing performance Coordinate with various functional managers for smooth execution of the project Drive service delivery performance Escalation Management Risk Management Stakeholder interaction SLA Management People and Process management Deep understanding of project management systems and tools such as workflow management system Support Sr. Management with timely inputs on project progress and team performance Quality metrics review, maintenance, and management Client coordination resolving technical queries from the team for any escalations/resolutions Staffing, Training Need Identification & Training Effectiveness Project planning and delivery management Manage Team managers, Team Leads and troubleshoot issues Periodic status review meeting Manage and monitor performance Adapt to change management
