comfortable bras and underwear to unfiltered conversations with real women. We're looking for a

customer-obsessed, sociable Customer Experience Associate to join our team.

What you'll do:

Handle customer calls daily - answering queries, solving issues, and making sure customers feel

heard and valued.

Manage returns and exchanges, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient.

Collect and share customer feedback with the team to improve products and service.

Support new user engagement by guiding first-time customers through their Tilt journey.

Help with retention efforts by following up with customers and building positive relationships.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely resolution of all requests.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages a plus).

Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented when dealing with customers.

Basic familiarity with Excel/Sheets for tracking customer cases.

Organised and reliable, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks daily.

Enthusiastic about Tilt's mission and comfortable representing the brand over the phone.
