Good communicator — comfortable talking to people from all backgrounds

Street-smart, locally connected, knows the city well

Regular smartphone and WhatsApp user

Honest, discreet and reliable

Willing to travel within the district

What You Will Do

Travel across your district and meet people from different walks of life

Build and maintain informal networks and relationships in your local area

Understand local conversations, sentiments, and on-ground dynamics

Stay in regular touch with your network

Share regular updates and observations with your reporting manager

Maintain simple records of your network and daily activities

Preferred Background

Prior experience in field work, local sales, community work, student organisations, NGOs, or any role involving regular public interaction will be an advantage. Freshers with strong local networks are also welcome.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. Education is secondary — the right personality and network matters more.
