Marriott is seeking a Floor Care Specialist to maintain exceptional cleanliness and appearance of guest and public areas. In this role, you will perform scheduled and deep cleaning of carpets, hard floors, and entrances using vacuums, auto-scrubbers, buffers, and extractors. You’ll inspect surfaces, spot-treat stains, and respond quickly to spills to ensure safety and slip prevention. The position partners closely with housekeeping and engineering to coordinate work with guest traffic, uphold brand standards, follow chemical handling and equipment safety procedures, and support a welcoming, polished environment for every guest.
