Operational Risk Analyst

Supporting the identification and assessment of key risks within Enterprise Business Operations Services, the full-time Operational Risk Analyst will perform data analysis, assist with reporting and documentation activities, and promote effective operational and compliance risk management in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Support the identification and assessment of operational, regulatory, compliance, and initiative-level risks Assist with analysis of data to identify risk trends, control gaps, and emerging risk indicators Prepare routine risk reports, dashboards, and metrics using established frameworks Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business management, or equivalent experience required 2+ years of business process, risk identification, control implementation, or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare required Strong understanding of risks and controls in healthcare claims preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
