Position Overview
The Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts will join the team for a temporary, part-time assignment lasting approximately 3 months, supporting the retail floor leading up to the opening of a new store. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has an interest in beauty and self-care, and wants to be part of an exciting retail environment.
Responsibilities Of The Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts
Welcome customers and create a warm, inviting shopping experience.Engage with shoppers, anticipate their needs, and provide helpful recommendations.Support daily retail operations and keep the sales floor organized and inviting.Help customers explore products and discover new favorites.Build positive relationships with customers and team members.Communicate effectively and contribute to a collaborative team environment.Take initiative to support store goals and deliver excellent customer service.Follow store policies and procedures.
Required Experience/Skills For The Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts
Customer service experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable working in a retail environment.Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.Basic technology skills.Ability to stand and remain active throughout a retail shift.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Retail Floor Support/Beauty Hosts
Previous retail, beauty, or hospitality experience.Sales or customer engagement experience.Interest in skincare, body care, fragrance, and self-care products.Experience creating a personalized, high-quality customer experience.
