Job Title: Trainee Bus Driver Location: Greenham, Thatcham Salary: An hourly rate of £12.98 during training and then upon passing (5-6 weeks approx) £15.00 M-F, £17.00 Sat/Sun, public holidays Job Type: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time We're looking for enthusiastic and customer friendly people looking to start their career as a driver to join Newbury & District, part of the award-winning Reading Buses family.

There's great flexibility to tailor hours, ranging from fixed rostered hours or flexible hours through to part-time hours during school term-time.

As Newbury & District bus driver you will be delivering the highest standards of customer service, safety and comfort for your passengers.
About you: A valid, clean, car driving licence Previous experience in bus or coach driving preferred but not necessary as training will be given Have outstanding customer service skills Possess a can-do attitude Successful candidates may need to have a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check What we offer: An hourly rate of £12.98 during training and then upon passing £15.00 M-F, £17.00 Sat/Sun, public holidays.
