Accountant (Tally Prime)

Location: Noida, Sector 73 | Job Type: Full-time | Experience: Minimum 3 Years | Openings: 2 About the Role We're looking for hands-on Accountants who can independently manage day-to-day books and take them through to finalisation. We need people with strong conceptual clarity in accounting — who understand why an entry goes where, not just how to punch it in. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and manage complete books of accounts on Tally Prime * Ascertain, prepare, and finalize accounts as per statutory provisions (Companies Act / Income Tax / GST, as applicable) * Pass and review journal entries, ensure correct classification of accounts * Perform reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, GST) * Prepare MIS reports, trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet * Support audits (statutory/internal) with schedules and workings * Handle TDS, GST return data preparation. Must-Have Skills * Strong hands-on expertise in Tally Prime (voucher entries, ledgers, inventory if applicable, GST/TDS configuration) * Solid grasp of accounting concepts and principles (not rule-based, but understands the logic) * Proven ability to finalize books end-to-end * Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas for reconciliation and reporting) * Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements Good to Have * Exposure to Zoho Books or other cloud accounting software (not mandatory) * Exposure to audits or working with CA firms Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA Send your resume to -
