Housekeeper Needed

Its a 1-bedroom apartment and I keep it generally tidy, so Im mainly looking for recurring maintenance cleaning every two weeks rather than a deep clean. The main priorities are the kitchen, bathroom, floors, m, surfaces, mirrors and taking out the trash. Id also like the bed linens changed and loads of laundry washed, dried and folded using my washer, products and dryer. Ideally, Id also like to have the same person each visit so they get familiar with how I like things done.
