2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or staffing agency environment.Manage end-to-end hiring, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.Partner with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines.Handle high-volume/deadline-driven hiring and multiple priorities.Strong sense of urgency, prioritization, organization, and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.Ensure ATS accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and employment law adherence.Preferred: Financial services, staffing agency, and high-volume recruiting experience.
