Trusted Health is seeking an Observation Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on an Observation/Med-Surg unit. The MS RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, monitor patient status, and coordinate discharges for short-stay and observation patients. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, documenting in the EHR, and following hospital protocols for safety and quality. You’ll use critical thinking to manage changing conditions, support throughput goals, and contribute to a positive, teamwork-driven unit culture.
