We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager / Audit Manager | Kolkata (On ‑ Site)

We are seeking an Assistant Manager / Audit Manager to join our fast‑scaling, globally connected organization. In this role, you will partner directly with onshore leadership, shape internal control frameworks, and embed global best practices across financial, operational, and compliance functions. As the Assistant Manager / Audit Manager, you will oversee and execute audit engagements for international clients, working closely with both onshore and offshore teams. You will be actively involved across all phases of the audit lifecycle — planning, risk assessment, execution, review, and reporting.

The role demands strong technical expertise in auditing standards, accounting frameworks (US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP), audit methodologies, and technology‑enabled tools to deliver high‑quality services while ensuring compliance with the firm’s quality and risk management standards.

Location: Minto Park, Kolkata - 70020

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Qualification: CA / CPA (US) / ACCA

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and execute audit engagements from planning through reporting

✅ Perform risk assessments and analytical review procedures

✅ Evaluate internal controls and audit evidence

✅ Review audit documentation and financial statements

✅ Collaborate with global engagement teams and client stakeholders

✅ Mentor and coach junior team members

✅ Leverage audit technology and data analytics to drive efficiency

✅ Ensure compliance with quality, risk management, and regulatory

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 3+ years of experience in External/Statutory Audit

✔️ Experience in consulting, advisory, or professional services environments preferred

✔️ Strong knowledge of IFRS, Indian GAAP, UK GAAP, and/or US GAAP

✔️ Exposure to international clients and cross-border engagements

✔️ Solid understanding of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management frameworks

✔️ Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills with strong communication abilities
