  • Manage assigned tasks, small enhancement requests, and project workstreams with guidance from senior team members or project leads.

Required Qualifications

  • Two to five years of experience as a business analyst, systems analyst, operations analyst, supply chain analyst, or similar role.

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and related business platforms such as MRP, MES, WMS, TMS, quality systems, reporting tools, or other operational applications.
  • Ability to gather requirements, document processes, write clear business documentation, and communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Comfortable working with data in tools such as Excel, reporting platforms, dashboards, or basic query tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP LX is preferred; experience with other ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, Infor, or similar platforms is also valuable.
  • Exposure to manufacturing execution systems, warehouse management systems, production planning tools, EDI, barcode/scanning solutions, or shop-floor integrations.
  • Experience creating process maps, test scripts, training guides, dashboards, or operational reports.
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CSPO, APICS CPIM, APICS CSCP, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are helpful but not required.

Key Competencies

  • Business process orientation with curiosity about how work gets done on the plant floor and across the supply chain.
