This Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivers outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages within a structured clinical environment. The facility operates on a standard weekday schedule and maintains established clinical protocols to support consistent and quality care delivery. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses, with full medical, laboratory, and radiology support available to facilitate daily clinical operations.

The area serves as a gateway to Sequoia National Park and Kings Canyon National Park, offering access to hiking, biking, and scenic drives in the surrounding region. Cultural attractions include the ImagineU Children's Museum and the Tulare County Museum, complemented by a walkable historic downtown featuring a microbrewery district, live music venues, theater, and a weekly farmers market. Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working Monday - Friday on a day shift with 5x8 and 4x9 schedule options available, accommodating 36- and 40-hour work week preferences. The expected caseload is 20-24 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. On-site support staff includes MDs, APPs, medical assistants, and licensed vocational nurses to support daily clinical operations.
