Interior Designer - Coworking

Key Information: Experience: Minimum 4 years Location: Gurgaon Software: 3D Studio Max, Auto CAD, and SketchUp Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required: ● A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred. ● Proficiency in 3D visualization software, including 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop. ● Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AutoCAD 2D. ● Proven experience in drafting corporate and office space layouts, including coworking spaces, for areas exceeding 15,000 sq. ft. Roles and Responsibilities: ● Draft and prepare test layout drawings for potential coworking sites. ● Design and draft office areas, meeting rooms, cafés, corridors, etc., in accordance with the ratios and standards defined in product guidelines. ● Optimize layouts to maximize space utilization while maintaining functionality and aesthetics. ● Create high-quality 3D models and renderings based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs. ● Maintain and update a comprehensive library of 3D assets, materials, and textures. ● Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sectional drawings, and 3D renderings.
