Marketing/Brand Specialist

Position Overview Grayson Air Conditioning is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated individual to join our growing in-house marketing team and work directly alongside our Brand Manager. This is a hands-on position for someone who wants experience across multiple areas of marketing rather than sitting behind a desk doing the same thing every day. Our marketing extends well beyond social media. Between digital content, video production, community events, partnerships, nonprofit initiatives, brand development, and day-to-day marketing operations, no two weeks look exactly the same. The ideal candidate is comfortable talking to people, willing to jump into new situations, organized enough to keep up with multiple projects, and excited to represent the Grayson brand in the community. Key Responsibilities Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and day-to-day management Capture photos and video content at job sites, company activities, community events, and other locations Assist with filming, editing, and producing short-form and long-form video content Attend community events, sponsorships, school activities, fundraisers, and other Grayson appearances Interact with customers, business owners, community partners, families, and members of the public Help coordinate giveaways, promotions, partnerships, and community initiatives Assist with Project BOSS events, communications, content, and other nonprofit marketing efforts Support digital marketing initiatives, including Google Business Profile, SEO, website content, email marketing, digital advertising, and analytics Assist with marketing research, competitor research, and identifying new opportunities for the Grayson brand Help coordinate branded materials, promotional items, uniforms, signage, and event supplies Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown Help maintain the Ice Box and be comfortable driving it to and from events Support additional marketing projects and initiatives as needs arise What We’re Looking For Marketing experience is valuable, but we’re equally interested in finding someone with the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn. The right candidate should be: Outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking to just about anyone Confident introducing themselves and representing Grayson professionally Comfortable being around and potentially appearing on camera Creative and willing to bring new ideas to the table Organized and capable of managing multiple projects at once Dependable and willing to show up ready to work A strong communicator Comfortable receiving feedback and learning new skills Able to work independently after receiving direction Flexible when plans, schedules, or priorities change Available for occasional evening and weekend events Comfortable driving the Grayson Ice Box - this is a required part of the position Helpful Skills
