About the Role

Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Manager – Telesales Operations to lead large B2C sales teams, drive business performance, and ensure operational excellence in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large Telesales / B2C Sales teams .
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and revenue goals .
• Monitor key performance metrics including Productivity, Conversion, Attrition, and Shrinkage .
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
• Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate action plans.
• Manage team performance, attendance, productivity, and adherence.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Work closely with Training, Quality, HR, and other stakeholders to improve business performance.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and analyze MIS and performance reports .

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong experience in Hardcore Sales .
• Proven experience in B2C Sales .
• Hands-on experience in Telesales / Inside Sales Operations .
• Experience managing large team sizes .
• Strong experience in managing Attrition and Shrinkage .
• Strong understanding of sales metrics such as Productivity and Conversion .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Regional language proficiency is mandatory.
• Immediate Joiners / Candidates with up to 15 days' notice period preferred.
