We are looking for a German Expert for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience in German Language ,German Voice Processes , B1 or B2 certified. .

Exp: Fresher

Location: Pune

CTC: Up 3.75 LPA

Certification: B1 Or B2

Job Description:-

• Manage end-to-end German Voice and Customer Support interactions efficiently.

• Provide professional and empathetic resolutions to customer queries in German.

• Maintain the mandatory B1 OR B2 certification standard in all verbal and written interactions.

• Identify process improvements within the language workflow to enhance user experience.

• Maintain a professional, courteous, and empathetic attitude during all team interactions

• Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
