Join Mercy as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. In this position, you will collaborate with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary care team to support patient assessments, coordinate care, provide education, monitor patient progress, and ensure a safe and positive patient experience.

Position Details:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, patient assessments, and care planning.
• Communicate patient conditions and changes to the RN and care team.
• Support patient and family education.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Delegate and guide support staff as appropriate.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based activities.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain).
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Preferred:

• IV certification and other unit-specific certifications as required.
• Previous clinical nursing experience.
