Plan and supervise the erection and installation of precast concrete elements at site, ensuring sequence, alignment, jointing, and tolerance requirements are met as per approved drawings and method statements. ? Coordinate with precast production, transport, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of precast elements to the site and manage storage or staging areas for smooth handling. ? Conduct pre-erection checks to ensure foundation or substructure readiness, presence of embedded plates or sleeves, and availability of erection equipment such as cranes, lifters, and rigging tools. ? Supervise the lifting, placing, and fixing of precast components such as columns, beams, walls, facades, staircases, and slabs, ensuring stability, safety, and correct alignment during and after erection
