Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance : Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation. Kitchen Operations : Manage mise en place, inventory, and workflow in the dim sum section. Team Collaboration : Work seamlessly with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Dim Sum Chef in fine-dining or luxury restaurants. Strong knowledge of traditional techniques and modern adaptations. Culinary certification or equivalent professional training preferred. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining creativity and precision. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
