As we continue to expand access to world-class cardiovascular care, Village Heart & Vein, a partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Electrophysiology team in Lady Lake, Florida.

This is an outpatient-focused opportunity to work alongside experienced electrophysiologists and Advanced Practice Providers while caring for patients with cardiac rhythm disorders in a collaborative, physician-led practice. The ideal candidate will have prior cardiology or electrophysiology experience and a passion for delivering exceptional cardiovascular care. What You'll Do

Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiac rhythm disorders in the outpatient setting

Review and interpret diagnostic testing, including EKGs, ambulatory monitors, cardiac imaging, and laboratory studies

Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians

Manage antiarrhythmic and cardiovascular medications

Provide patient education regarding arrhythmias, cardiac devices, treatment options, and procedural care

Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nurses, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Active Florida license or ability to obtain licensure prior to start

Prior cardiology or electrophysiology experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
