Next150 Construction is seeking a motivated General Construction Superintendent to be responsible for the overall execution of Next 150 field operations on a large or complex project by coordinating closely with Gilbane field leadership and Superintendents while leading a team of superintendents and field supervision to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved scope, safety requirements, quality standards, schedule commitments, budget expectations, and customer satisfaction objectives. This role provides direct project-level leadership and oversight across multiple scopes and phases of preconstruction and construction, ensuring operational excellence, workforc
