Position: Structure Design Engineer

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience: 8 to 15 Years

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech – Civil / Structural Engineering

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Structure Design Engineer with strong technical expertise in structural engineering and hands-on experience in the design of bridges, grade-separated structures, retaining walls and other highway-related structures .

The candidate should have sound knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals, including Strength of Materials and Theory of Structures , along with practical proficiency in STAAD Pro and MIDAS .

Key Responsibilities:-

• Perform structural analysis and design for bridges, grade-separated structures, retaining walls and other infrastructure structures.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports and engineering drawings.
• Develop safe, economical and optimized structural design solutions.
• Ensure structural designs comply with applicable IRC, IS, IRS codes, standards and client specifications .
• Use STAAD Pro, MIDAS and other relevant structural design software for analysis and design.
• Review design inputs, drawings and calculations for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with highway, geotechnical and other engineering disciplines.
• Address client comments, design revisions and technical queries within the required turnaround time.
• Ensure timely submission of design deliverables as per project schedules.
• Support technical discussions and client meetings when required.
• Provide technical inputs for resolving design-related issues during project execution.
• Maintain quality and accuracy of all structural design deliverables.

Mandatory Skills:-

• 8–15 years of relevant experience in structural design
• STAAD Pro – Mandatory
• MIDAS – Mandatory
• Experience in Bridge / Grade Separator / Retaining Wall design
• Good knowledge of IRC / IS / IRS codes
• Strong structural analysis and design fundamentals
• Experience in structural calculations and design documentation
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills
