Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer

CyLogic is seeking a highly experienced Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer to build, operate, and improve scalable, reliable, and observable platforms supporting mission-critical applications such as Omnissa Workspace ONE. This role combines deep expertise in automation, CI/CD, observability, and modern infrastructure technologies with a strong focus on system reliability, performance, and operational excellence.

You will play a key role in advancing platform capabilities, improving developer productivity, and ensuring high availability through established DevOps and SRE practices.
Responsibilities/Duties:Platform Engineering & AutomationBuild, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworksBuild, implement, and maintain Omnissa Workspace ONE environments at scaleDevelop and optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins and modern pipeline tooling)Automate provisioning, configuration management, and deployment workflowsDrive adoption of GitOps and immutable infrastructure practicesObservability & Reliability EngineeringBuild and operate observability platforms using OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, and related ecosystemsImplement centralized logging, metrics, and distributed tracing solutionsDefine and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAsLead root cause analysis, incident response, and postmortem processesPerform proactive performance tuning and capacity planningContainerization & OrchestrationBuild and operate containerized environments using Docker and KubernetesMaintain orchestration platforms supporting microservices-based applicationsImprove cluster performance, scaling, and resiliencyApply container security and operational best practicesHashiCorp Stack & Infrastructure ManagementUse Terraform for infrastructure provisioningUse Vault for secrets managementUse Consul (or similar) for service discoveryMaintain consistency across environments (dev, test, prod)Monitoring, Logging & APMImplement observability solutions using Grafana and telemetry pipelinesDevelop dashboards and alerting strategies to improve system visibilityIntegrate Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools for application insightsEstablish logging standards and maintain log pipeline reliabilityOther duties as assigned
Experience and Core Competencies:7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering rolesStrong hands-on experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE and other UEM solutionsStrong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools xzbcwsv such as JenkinsDeep expertise in Elasticsearch / OpenSearchExperience with Docker and KubernetesKnowledge of HashiCorp tools (Terraform, Vault, Consul)Experience with Grafana and telemetry systemsProficiency in Python, Bash, or GoUnderstanding of AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with Linux systems administrationExperience implementing SRE practicesFamiliarity with service meshesExperience with distributed tracing toolsKnowledge of security best practicesExposure to multi-cloud or hybrid environmentsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to operate in high-scale environmentsStrong collaboration skillsFocus on automation and reliability
