Business Development Executive – INDIA Staffing (MSP / VMS / Direct Clients / GCC) Job Summary SharpAtoms is looking for a Business Development Executive to grow our INDIA Staffing business. You’ll be working with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs , bringing in new clients, closing agreements, and building long-term business. This role is for someone who understands the US staffing space and knows how to turn conversations into real opportunities. Key Responsibilities Reach out to and connect with MSPs, VMS programs, direct clients, and GCCs Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and your existing network Handle the full sales cycle — from first conversation to MSA/vendor onboarding and closure Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and vendor mana
