Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of IBP solutions using the o9 Solutions platform .
• Architect and configure core o9 components including Modeler, Workflow Designer, KPI Engine, Scenario Manager, and Data Ingestion frameworks .
• Design scalable demand planning, supply planning, and financial planning models .

Planning & Forecasting

• Build time-series forecasting models and constraint-based supply planning models .
• Define and manage o9 data models, hierarchies, measures, and calculation logic to support enterprise-wide planning processes.
• Enable scenario planning and what-if analysis for business decision-making.

Integration & Data Architecture

• Design and oversee integrations between o9 and enterprise systems using:
• Snowflake
• Talend
• Kafka
• REST APIs
• SAP CPI
• Oracle OIC
• Ensure scalable and secure data ingestion frameworks and pipelines .

Analytics & Reporting

• Design and implement analytics and reporting solutions using:
• o9 native dashboards
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Enable data-driven insights for supply chain planning and executive decision-making .

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Provide architectural leadership during build, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and IT teams .
• Drive Agile delivery using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning / IBP / S&OP transformations .
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with the o9 Solutions platform in architect or lead roles.
