Program Manager-Nursing Business Operations

Description The Program Manager reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Program Manager serves as a key operational partner within the Chief Nurse Executive (CNE) portfolio, leading complex projects and performance improvement initiatives across the academic medical center. The role leverages data, project management methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence, improve organizational performance, and support strategic priorities. Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and managing the following for assigned projects; budgets, resource allocat
