Medical Director, Small Animal Veterinarian

The Medical Director, Small Animal Veterinarian provides clinical leadership for a companion-animal practice, primarily serving dogs and cats. This role combines direct patient care with management of medical standards, workflows, and team development. The veterinarian performs exams, diagnostics, dentistry, and soft-tissue surgery, guides treatment plans, mentors veterinarians and support staff, and helps shape protocols and client communication to support high-quality, consistent care.
