Middle Office Associate

We are working closely with one of the world’s leading hedge funds, which is looking to hire a Middle Office Associate to join its Macro/Credit team in New York.

The Role

• Manage the full trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes, including interest rates, fixed income, FX, equities, commodities and credit.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executing brokers, prime brokers, fund administrators and other key counterparties.
• Oversee FX, OTC, bond and repo settlements, proactively managing settlement fails and coordinating with brokers to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Experience supporting a trading desk within a buy-side firm or investment bank.
• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes, including interest rates, fixed income, FX, equities, commodities and credit.
• A genuine interest in process improvement, automation and driving operational excellence.
