• Experience in domestic & international air ticket booking
• Knowledge of GDS systems like Amadeus.
• Handling flight reservations, cancellations, reissues & refunds
• Good understanding of fare rules and airline policies
• Coordinate with airlines, clients, and vendors
• Ability to manage customer queries professionally
• Basic knowledge of visa/travel packages is an advantage
• Good communication and computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Graduate or diploma in Travel & Tourism
• Prior experience in a travel agency preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
