Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad/ Bangalore. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities and manage and own the relationships end-to-end. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting clients, conducting product presentations, negotiating pricing and terms, preparing proposals and following up on leads and inquiries. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery timelines and after-sales support, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and market feedback. The Sales Executive is expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to support strategic sales planning.
What we're looking for:
On field Sales experience in the Printing/ Packaging industry. Demonstrated skills in B2 B sales, client relationship management and negotiation. Ability to conduct market research, identify opportunities and develop basic sales strategies. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and internal teams. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, follow-ups and reporting. Understanding of industrial or packaging products; prior experience in flexible packaging sales is an advantage Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.Details
