Communications & Brand Strategist

Linkers International is looking for a creative and strategic Communications & Brand Strategist to strengthen our brand identity, shape compelling narratives, and build meaningful connections with our audiences.

You will develop communication strategies for the company and its real estate projects, turning business objectives into clear messaging and engaging campaigns that build awareness, credibility, and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop brand positioning and communication plans aligned with company goals and project milestones.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across websites, social media, advertising, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create and review campaign concepts, brand stories, video scripts, press releases, and corporate communications.
• Research audience needs, market trends, and competitor messaging to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Work closely with marketing, design, sales, and project teams to deliver coordinated campaigns.
• Support project launches, company announcements, events, and internal communications.
• Evaluate campaign results and audience feedback to improve messaging and engagement.

Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in brand strategy, communications, or campaign planning.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, editing, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Understanding of digital channels, audience research, and campaign measurement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage.
