Metric Geo is confidentially representing an established heavy civil contractor looking to bring an experienced Project Manager onto its team in Indiana.

The search is focused on professionals with a strong background in earthwork, underground utilities, and paving, with particular emphasis on INDOT highway and roadway projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee heavy civil projects from initial planning through to completion.
• Manage earthwork, underground utility, and paving operations.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and overall profitability.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Ideal Background

• Previous Project Management experience in heavy civil construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of earthwork, underground utilities, and paving.
• Experience delivering INDOT or other DOT highway and roadway projects.
• A proven track record of managing project costs, schedules, and field operations.
