Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and goal-oriented Admission Counsellors to join our team at TeamLease EdTech. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and working professionals looking to upgrade their careers. Your primary responsibility will be to guide candidates through our educational programs, understand their career aspirations, and help them choose the right courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Counselling: Connect with prospective students/candidates via calls or emails to understand their career goals and educational requirements.
• Program Guidance: Pitch TeamLease EdTech's diverse educational programs, certifications, and courses effectively.
• Lead Conversion: Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful admissions by addresssing student queries and handling objections.
• Relationship Building: Maintain a database of prospects and follow up regularly to build a strong pipeline.
• End-to-End Assistance: Support students through the entire enrollment, documentation, and fee submission process.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply! (Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or counselling is a plus but not mandatory).
• Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
• Communication: Flawless verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, persuasive phone etiquette, and a result-driven mindset.
• Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort working with CRM tools.
