Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of large-scale architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will combine design excellence, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality outcomes across complex, multi-disciplinary developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development and coordination for Large Scale Projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary coordination with structure, MEPF, and landscape teams.
• Oversee design documentation, detailing, and BIM workflows.
• Interface with client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams to maintain quality and design integrity.
• Conduct design reviews, manage RFIs, and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Contribute to strategic design thinking and conceptual innovation within the studio.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven track record of working on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM-based workflows , AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or related tools is an advantage.
• Excellent understanding of International construction systems, detailing, and project delivery processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
