Role Summary

Lead technical support activities including troubleshooting, integrations, Reports and Minor enhancements

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex technical issues (L3 support)
• Perform data fixes using SQL/PLSQL
• Debug batch failures and integration issues
• Work on:
• REST APIs integrations
• Log analysis
• BI Publisher reports
• Support minor enhancements (APEX, APIs, reports)

Required Skills

• Strong in Oracle SQL / PL/SQL , Oracle Apex, API
• Experience with:
• MFCS/RMS data model
• REST APIs / Postman / Swagger
• BI Publisher
