Position OverviewWe are seeking a physician (MD/DO) to provide on-site primary care to skilled nursing facility residents while serving as Medical Director for assigned facilities. Physicians are supported through Telos' fully funded Certified Medical Director (CMD) training and a strong clinical infrastructure.This role offers uncapped earning potential, manageable clinical volume, strong NP/PA support, and leadership development while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in post-acute and long-term care.
