Registered Nurse - Homecare - New Grads

Salary: $40 - $50 / per hour Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Novice Nurse Registered Nurse. The Novice Nurse RN ( Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Re-evaluates patient nursing needs regularly Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and/or contracted services Initiates the plan of care when directed and requests from prescriber necessary revisions as patient status and needs change Incorporates therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on nursing diagnosis and established goals Assures patient safety at all times and recipient of services provided Intervenes as applicable to changes in condition and reports such changes to appropriate supervisor and/or physician Administers medications and treatments as prescribe
