Senior Executive - ATL/BTL

As a Senior Executive – ATL/BTL Marketing, you will support the execution of offline marketing campaigns, centre branding, launches, and promotional activities across BHIVE centres. Working closely with the Lead – Offline Promotions, you will coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality execution while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute ATL/BTL campaigns, centre branding, launches, and offline marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Manage branding collaterals, centre audits, and quality checks.
• Support outdoor branding, AdOnMo campaigns, print, and promotional activities.
• Maintain campaign trackers, vendor documentation, and execution reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor branding quality and campaign implementation.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, SOPs, and execution timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in ATL/BTL marketing, branding, events, or campaign execution.
• Strong coordination, vendor management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel across centres for campaign execution.
