Role Description The Liaison Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position is responsible for coordinating between clients, candidates, and internal consulting teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient delivery of placement and HR services. Day-to-day tasks include organizing meetings, managing inquiries, maintaining records of client and candidate interactions, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. The Liaison Officer will help resolve issues, provide timely updates, and ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders. The role also involves preparing basic reports, assisting with training or orientation sessions, and representing the organization professionally during client visits and events.

• Prior experience in liaison, customer-facing, or HR/placement roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic HR and recruitment processes within consulting or staffing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field is desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
