Job Title: EPBCS Consultant

Experience: 5-7 years

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced EPBCS Consultant to join our Oracle EPM delivery team on a contract basis, supporting implementation, configuration, and enhancement of EPBCS solutions for clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

 Configure and build EPBCS solutions including planning forms, dashboards, business rules, task lists, and security

 Develop and maintain Groovy-based business rules and calculation scripts

 Design and build data integrations using FDMEE/Data Management and EPM Automate

 Support requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional/technical designs

 Assist with metadata design (dimensions, hierarchies, member properties) aligned to planning use cases

 Build and validate Smart View reports and Financial Reporting/OOTB reports

 Support UAT cycles, defect resolution, and go-live activities

 Prepare technical documentation (design docs, RTMs, test scripts)

 Collaborate with onshore/offshore team members and client stakeholders during delivery

Required Skills & Experience

 5-7 years of overall Oracle EPM experience, with at least 3-4 years hands-on in EPBCS/PBCS

 Strong hands-on experience with Planning module configuration (forms, rules, dashboards)

 Working knowledge of Groovy scripting for business rules

 Experience with FDMEE/Data Management for data integration

 Familiarity with EPM Automate for automation of routine tasks

 Understanding of core planning/budgeting/forecasting concepts

 Good communication skills to work directly with client teams during workshops and testing cycles

 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a contract engagement setting

Good to Have

 Exposure to Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, or other OOTB EPBCS modules

 Experience with FCCS, PCMCS, or other EPM Cloud products

 Familiarity with EDMCS

 Prior experience in a consulting/client-facing delivery role
