Position Summary
Drive substantial revenue growth and engagement for the TOEFL and GRE brand across key institutional and governmental accounts. This role will focus on building long-term strategic relationships with high-impact stakeholders including universities, education channels and government bodies. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Senior Manager will lead account planning, partnership development, and execution of strategic initiatives to increase test registrations and strengthen ETS's market presence in India.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and manage strategic relationships with key strategic channels / partners in Education sector. Lead account planning and execution to meet regional registration targets for TOEFL and GRE. Collaborate with internal teams to align account strategies with broader commercial goals. Drive engagement through customized outreach, training sessions, and strategic events. Support marketing initiatives and ensure consistent brand representation across accounts. Represent ETS at strategic education forums, policy discussions, and institutional meetings. Monitor market dynamics and provide insights to inform account strategy and product positioning. Ensure compliance with ETS policies and local regulatory requirements.Experience and Skills:
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree required; master's in business, Marketing, or Education preferred. 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, managing study abroad agents, placement in international universities, preferably in the education or international student recruitment sector. Experience working with government bodies, universities, and education networks is essential.This role requires 15 days travel every month within the assigned regions.
