President – Growth (Projects) .
This role is not just about delivering projects. It is about building the future. Led projects valued at
US$250 Million+ 10+ years of project leadership experience Strong understanding of project execution, contracting, commercial negotiations, and large-scale capital projects Operations experience will be a distinct advantage Deep technical expertise coupled with strong business acumen Passion for leveraging
AI, technology, and digital tools
to transform project delivery
What You'll Do Lead Vedanta's multi-billion-dollar growth portfolio across offshore and onshore developments Build an end-to-end contracting and project execution ecosystem Attract and partner with the world's leading EPC, engineering, and project execution companies Conduct a
10x talent search , identifying exceptional internal and external talent globally Build a world-class organization by hiring experts from around the world Identify star performers, strategic partners, and future leaders Drive AI-enabled project management, digital transformation, and execution excellence
