Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AI Lead / Architect to drive the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI/ML architecture, and cloud-based AI platforms, along with the ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the architecture and technical strategy for enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.Design and implement AI/ML solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent frameworks.Lead the development of AI-powered applications, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI platforms.Design scalable data pipelines and integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud services.Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI observability, and performance optimization.Implement responsible AI principles, including data privacy, security, governance, explainability, and risk management.Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Lead architecture reviews, proof-of-concept development, technical design sessions, and production deployments.Mentor engineers and establish standards for AI development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for scalability, reliability, compliance, and operational excellence.Required Technical SkillsStrong experience in AI/ML architecture and enterprise solution design.Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG-based applications.Experience with AI agent frameworks and agentic AI workflows.Proficiency in Python and experience developing REST APIs and AI-enabled applications.Experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval.Knowledge of cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of data architecture, API integration, security, and enterprise application integration.Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, data protection, and model risk management.Leadership and Architecture RequirementsAbility to define target-state AI architecture and technical roadmaps.Experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical decision-making skills.Ability to balance innovation with security, performance, cost, and maintainability.Preferred QualificationsExperience in banking, financial services, or other regulated enterprise environments.Experience implementing AI solutions with strict security, privacy, and compliance requirements.Familiarity with enterprise knowledge management, intelligent document processing, and workflow automation. xzbcwsv Relevant cloud, AI, or architecture certifications are a plus.
