Hiring: Associate Art Director

We’re looking for an Associate Art Director who combines strong creative thinking, visual design, and the power of AI creative tools .

If you can turn a brief into a scroll-stopping social media post, Reel, or campaign concept , we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Conceptualise creative ideas for social media campaigns, posts, Reels and digital content
• Develop visual concepts, moodboards and creative directions
• Create static creatives, carousels, Reels and short-form videos
• Work closely with copy, social media and marketing teams
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, social trends and visual formats
• Take ideas from concept to final execution

What we’re looking for

• 3–6 years of experience in art direction, graphic design, digital creative, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, typography, composition, and design
• Excellent creative conceptualisation skills
• Strong experience creating social media content and Reels
• Ability to independently execute a creative brief

AI Tools

• Midjourney
• Adobe Firefly
• ChatGPT
• Google Gemini
• Claude
• Other emerging AI creative tools

Design & Video

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Figma or other design tools
• CapCut / DaVinci Resolve or other video editing tools

We’re looking for someone who is not just a designer but a  creative thinker and problem-solver who knows how to use AI to make ideas better, faster, and more impactful.
