Finance Partner Are you a strategic finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Finance Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing critical financial insights that drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and informed decision-making. This role combines financial analysis, cost accounting, inventory management, and business partnership to support organizational growth and performance. Key Responsibilities Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to analyze actual production costs, evaluate key cost drivers, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency. Lead manufacturing cost accounting activities, ensuring accurate tracking, allocation, and reporting of production costs. Support annual business planning and mid- to long term financial planning processes Manage inventory accounting processes, including inventory valuation, reconciliations, reserve assessments, cycle count reviews, and optimization initiatives. Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes by preparing financial analyses, investigating variances, and ensuring the integrity of financial data. Develop and communicate detailed financial reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to business stakeholders and leadership. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Accounting teams to drive financial discipline and operational excellence. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or manufacturing finance. Strong understanding of inventory accounting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems/ERP platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Experience supporting manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated environments. Knowledge of standard costing, inventory controls, and financial planning processes. CPA, CMA, or MBA designation is a plus. The anticipated salary range for this position in Maryland is $87,450 to $116,600 plus annual bonus, when eligible. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Benefits:
