About the Role
The Digital Transformation Officer drives projects that digitize workflows, improve efficiency, and integrate modern technologies into SCG’s India operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for process digitalization.
- Support implementation of automation, ERP, or data-driven tools.
- Collaborate with business units to improve user adoption.
- Track digital project KPIs and report progress.
- Research emerging technologies relevant to SCG.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or Engineering.
- 0–3 years in digital or innovation roles; new graduates are welcome .
- Familiarity with ERP systems, process mapping, or digital tools.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.
