Location: Lucknow Work Mode: Full-time | Work from Office Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives Earning Potential: ₹25,000–₹40,000+ based on performance About the Role We are looking for a confident, target-driven and enthusiastic Academy Admission Counsellor & Sales Executive to take ownership of our lead-to-admission process. Your job is not just to make calls. You will understand prospective students, counsel them about our programs, handle objections, follow up consistently and convert genuine enquiries into admissions. What You'll Do Handle and qualify incoming academy leads Counsel prospective students and understand their career goals Follow up with leads and maintain the complete sales pipeline Handle objections and convert enquiries into paid admissions Coordinate demos, visits and admission processes Maintain accurate CRM/lead records Track daily/weekly sales and admission performance Share customer feedback and suggest ways to improve conversions What We're Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and persuasion ability Target-oriented and hungry to achieve results Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills Confident, organised and proactive Ability to work independently and take ownership Experience in education, counselling, inside sales or admissions is preferred Why Join Us?
